Anatomy of an Otoscope

Otoscopes are designed to aid in the examination of the ear, nose and throat (ENT). Riester offers a wide range of otoscopes for every budget and every clinical need. Our baseline models can be powered by alkaline batteries and have 3x magnification and our premium options allow for rechargeable batteries and up to 5x magnification showing twice the field of view of a standard otoscope. Below is a breakdown of the anatomy of each of our tiers of instruments with what makes these features important.
