Our Stethoscope range for specialists

anestephon is suitable for taking blood pressure readings designed with a flat bell so it can be easily slid under the blood pressure cuff.1 Blood pressure can be measured using an aneroid sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope, like anestephon. The bell of the stethoscope is pressed over the brachial artery just below the cuff’s edge to listen to the Korotkoff sounds.

tristar® provides all the benefits of duplex® with interchangeable rapid-exchange connector which makes it quick and easy to adapt to patients, from adults through to neonates, which is useful in healthcare settings with varying patient demographics.

pinard is used specifically for auscultation of the heart sounds of an embryo in the womb. duplex® teaching stethoscope provides all the benefits of duplex® with the addition of a double-headset that allows both the teacher/educator and student to listen to the same auscultation or sound simultaneously.

anestophon

Features – anestophon stethoscope

  • Soft non-chill rims provides patient comfort.

tristar®

Features – tristar® stethoscope

  • Includes double chest pieces for duplex®, duplex® baby and duplex® neonatal.
  • The rapid-exchange connector makes it quick and easy to adapt to patients, from adults through to neonates.
  • Useful in healthcare settings with varying patient demographics, like GP and A&E, so the doctor doesn’t have to have multiple stethoscopes.
  • Soft non-chill rims provide patient comfort.
  • Soft, replaceable ear-tips provide comfort to the user and effectively seal the external auditory canal.
  • Includes two pairs of replacement ear-tips, a replacement membrane each and a name plate
  • Latex-free.

pinard

Features – pinard stethoscope

  • Used for auscultation of the heart sounds of an embryo in the womb.
  • You can use this stethoscope from around 28 weeks (7 months) of pregnancy onwards.2
  • The shape of the bell provides the particularly good acoustics.
  • Available in two models: plastic or lightweight, polished aluminium.
