Pediatric patients have different needs than adult patients, which is important to have a stethoscope designed specifically for pediatric patients. The Riester Pediatric Stethoscope was designed with patient comfort in mind. The novel non-chill rims and relatively small membrane won’t interfere with pediatric patients’ assessment by improving skin comfort.

What is the difference between duplex® 2.0 baby and duplex® baby stethoscope?

duplex® 2.0 baby has the spring integrated, whereas duplex® baby has an external spring.
duplex® 2.0 baby has pivotable ear-tips, whereas duplex® baby has fixed ear-tips.
duplex® 2.0 baby has a marking to show the user which side of the chest piece is open (membrane or bell).
